About us

An academy for the Pilates profession

We exist to raise the standard of Pilates teaching. Our programs give new and experienced instructors a thorough grounding in the method: anatomy, exercise repertoire, cueing and program design, taught with the depth a real profession deserves.

From our South Florida headquarters we run trainings on site, online and in partner studios across the U.S. and abroad, so students can certify without putting their lives on hold.

Your path to certification

From application to certified instructor

Every program follows the same five stages, whether you train in person or online.

  1. ApplyChoose your track and format, and we'll confirm the prerequisites with you.
  2. TrainComplete the coursework and repertoire modules with a master trainer.
  3. PracticeLog observation, self-practice and practice teaching hours.
  4. AssessPass a written exam and a practical teaching assessment.
  5. CertifyReceive your Pilates World International certificate and join our network.
